Shaun is an ex-banker turned Airbnb and Corporate Housing Coach. Scaling is his middle name. It started with renting out a spare bedroom in his apartment for $65/night to managing the short-term rental of a $100M+ portfolio of “A-List” premium real estate in the Vancouver area.
Today, he teaches his “co-listing” income generation system to help people break into the Airbnb market without having to rent, own, or spend a single penny - the same system that made him $1.9M in 2022.
